About Title Case Converter
A title case converter capitalises the main words of a heading and leaves the small ones lowercase. This page starts in AP style, where words of four letters or more are capitalised and short articles, conjunctions and prepositions stay lowercase. It is free, needs no sign-up and runs in your browser, so nothing you enter is uploaded.
The first and last word of a title are always capitalised, and so is the word after a colon. Pick APA, Chicago or MLA under Title style and the result updates, because the guides disagree about prepositions. The converter keeps each line as its own title, so you can paste a list of headings.
It works from rules, not from meaning, so check the result. Acronyms and brand names that are written in capitals are flattened: "NASA launch" becomes "Nasa Launch". A hyphenated word has each part capitalised.

Privacy: how it works
- The conversion runs in your browser tab. Your text is not sent to Ulkaa or to any other server.
- This tool does not save your text. Close or reload the page and it is gone.
Tips
- Convert to lowercase first when text arrives in capitals, and then to Sentence case to fix it. Typing in capitals is the usual cause.
- Use Use result as input to chain cases, for example Title Case and then camelCase.
- Check small words in a Title Case result. The guides disagree on prepositions of four letters or more, so pick the one your publisher uses.
- Convert a whole list of names at once. Every line is handled on its own for the code cases.
