Turn PowerPoint slides into PDF, free with no sign-up and no upload
This PPTX to PDF converter is free, needs no sign-up or login, and does not upload your slides. The deck is read in your browser and the PDF is created on your device, with no watermark.
A PDF is the safe way to share a presentation: no missing fonts, no accidental edits, and it opens on any device. It also suits handouts and printing.
Slides are redrawn from their text, images and basic shapes, so animations, transitions and some effects are dropped, and complex slide designs are simplified. Check the result against your deck before presenting from it.

About the formats
About PPTX
PPTX is the default PowerPoint format since 2007, a ZIP of XML files for slides, layouts and media.
PPTX vs PDF
PPTX is for building and presenting, with motion and editing. PDF is a still copy of each slide.
Speaker notes and slide motion are not part of the PDF output here, and embedded video does not play in a PDF.
Privacy: how it works
- Your PowerPoint files stay on your device. The page reads each file with the browser's file API, converts it with code running in the tab, and hands the result back as a download. No upload happens, so there is no copy of your file on our servers to protect, delete or leak.
- There is nothing to sign up for and no login. The converter does not ask for an email address, and it does not need to know who you are to do its job.
- You can check the claim yourself: open your browser developer tools, watch the Network tab while a file converts, and you will see no request that carries your file.
- Decks often hold unreleased plans or client data. Slides are rendered in the tab and never copied to a server.
Tips
- Keep your PPTX: the PDF cannot be edited like slides.
- Look through every page for shifted text or shapes.
- Replace complex effects with plain images first if they matter.
- Standard fonts convert more predictably.
- Use PDF for handouts and email attachments.
- Convert a small deck first to preview the result.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no price, no trial, no credit card and no watermark added to your results. Ulkaa Tool does the conversion with your own device, so there is no server bill to pass on to you.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Your PowerPoint files are read and converted inside your browser and are never sent to Ulkaa or to anyone else. The result is created on your device and you save it from there.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Open the page, add your files and convert. An Ulkaa account is not needed for anything on this tool.
Is there a file size limit?
No limit is set by us. The real limit is your device: the conversion uses your own memory and processor, so very large files can be slow, and a very big batch may need to be split into smaller runs.
